I chose this chapter for me because i found it to be interresting. After looking through the chapter lets review.
1) Digital auido: Is music, speech, and other sounds represted in binary format for use in digital devices.
2) Sampling rate: refers to the number of times per second that a sound is measured during the recording process.
3) A sound card: is a divice that contains a variety of input and output jacks, plus auido-processing circuitry.
4) Digital auido file? You can recognize a digital auido file by looking at its file extension.
5) Software is required to record and play digital: You must use auido or media player software.
6) Adding digital auido files to my web pages: Digital auido files can be embedded into a web page using an HTML tag.
7) Bitmap Graphics: also called a raster graphic or simply a bitmap, is composed of a grid of dots, and the color of each dot is stored as a binary number.
8) Vector and 3-D Gaphics: consists of a set of instructions for re-creating a picture.
9) Digital Viedo: uses bits to store color and bightness data for each viedo frame.
10) Digital Rights Management: (DRM) is a collection of techniques used by copyright holders to limit acess and use of digital content.
